Do you feel angry, stressed, alone, or out of control? Do you feel like you are where you want to be, connected to those you care about, and living the way you want?
Often, our feeling stuck has something to do with what is happening around us and how we respond to it. It’s not about who we are as a person but how we see the situation and how we see ourselves in it. Sometimes we respond with numbing. These are activities we use to distract ourselves from noticing the discomfort we feel. The activities can range from binge watching Netflix to having 3 drinks a night. Other times we respond with control and judgment. We constantly yell at ourselves to do better and stop making mistakes, as a way of trying to get others to like or love us.
These kinds of patterns rarely lead to us feeling better and living the way we want to live. More often than not, they get in the way. At Life Recovery Consulting we help you engage in that life you want. It’s in our name; we want to help you recover your life after other stuff got in the way.

To help with this, we offer online telehealth therapy. Telehealth sessions are very similar to in person sessions, but you do it at your computer in your own home or wherever you choose to be. If this seems like an option you’re interested in, you can get more information here.
